CEE Faculty Awarded Scholarship by National Institute on Scientific Teaching

Dr. Manish Roy, Assistant Professor in Residence in the Civil and Environmental Engineering Department, has been awarded a scholarship by the National Institute on Scientific Teaching (formerly known as the Summer Institutes on Scientific Teaching at Yale Univeristy) and Macmillan Learning. Dr. Roy was selected for a full scholarship to attend a 6-week course in Scientific Teaching in the fall of 2020. The course offers an opportunity for faculty who teach undergraduate students to increase their knowledge of evidence-based models of instruction for the classroom.
